Everyone should be familiar with the story: Guybrush and Elaine return to Melee Island after a three month honeymoon to find that Elaine has been declared dead and that a fellow by the name of Charles L. Charles is poised to take over as governor. In the process of stopping Charles, Guybrush runs afoul of a newcomer, Ozzie Mandrill, who is turning the Tri-Island area into a trendy tourist destination by "reprogramming" pirates and forcing businesses to close by challenging their owners to insult fights. Guybrush will have to plunge the depths of Monkey Island to discover the secrets of the Ultimate Insult, which has the power to squash the ego of every pirate in the Tri-Island area. Of course, there are plot twists to contend with but they all tie up nicely at the end.

MONKEY ISLAND 3

In The Curse of Monkey Island Guybrush finds himself at sea floating on a bumper car. He ends up at Plunder Island where Elaine and LeChuck are battling. The battle ends with LeChuck being killed, but of course that doesn't stop him. Afterwards, Guybrush proposes to Elaine with a big diamond ing he found in LeChuck treasure hold. Elaine accepts, but as soon as she puts on the ring Guybrush learns that it is cursed and Elaine turns into a gold statue. Guybrush has to find a way to undo the curse on Elaine, but at the same time he has to battle LeChuck, who has returned from the dead and wants to marry Elaine.

1. Burn/mount the ISOs
2. Do a full install of the game
3. Copy the cracked .EXE file from the 'Crack' folder on Disc 1 over the original
4. Play the game and enjoy!

NOTE: The disc must be inserted or ISOs mounted whilst playing this game. The cracked .EXE is only a BackupCD not a NoCD so it just enables the game to recognise the copied discs. If you have any problems running the game download and use ScummVM to solve them!

In this chapter of Guybrush Threepwood's adventures, the self-proclaimed mighty pirate and his new bride, Governor Elaine Marley, have returned from their honeymoon only to find that Elaine has been declared dead. This incorrect declaration has ended her lifetime term as governor, so she must now run against Charles L. Charles, a foppish glad-hander with a dark secret.
